Não! O Instagram cria a ilusão de que o perfeito é normal então todo resto se torna insuficiente. E o lugar onde existem pessoas perfeitas, vidas sem problemas e peles de boneca.

Daí você se olha no espelho e seu cérebro começa a se sobrecarregar com pensamentos como: eu deveria ser mais magra, minhas pernas deveriam ser mais longas, eu gostaria de ter viajado para lugares mais legais, porque meu café da manhã não é em uma piscina? Por que eu não tenho aquela pele? Aquele corpo?

E assim por diante sua autoestima começa a desabar, a vida do outro parece ser sempre melhor que a sua.

Sabe aquela modelo maravilhosa da capa de revista? Talvez ela não seja tão maravilhosa assim! Porque aquela foto foi editada, filtros foram usados, assim como nas fotos de todos os influenciadores digitais que você segue!

O estudo mostrou que o compartilhamento de fotos pelo Instagram impacta negativamente o sono, a autoimagem e a aumenta o medo dos jovens de ficar por fora dos acontecimentos e tendências.

Eu particularmente já fui vítima desse problema, na indústria fashion muitas agências de modelos já substituíram os castings pelo Instagram.

Existe uma grande pressão para que você seja o melhor, quem tem o maior número de likes (curtidas) e comentários estará mais habilitado a ser o modelo propaganda para determinada marca. Estranho né?

Quando comecei a usar achava legal ter uma plataforma onde poderia postar fotos de onde estava e dividir isso com amigos e familiares. Pouco tempo depois essa febre foi aumentando e eu me peguei passando mais de 5 horas por dia com o celular na mão olhando a vida de outras pessoas.

E nessa onda, a cada foto que eu postava, passava horas procurando a legenda perfeita, os hashtags mais populares, enfim, logo percebi que estava virando uma obsessão e dei um basta.

Hoje uso o Instagram essencialmente para publicar fotos de trabalho ou assuntos que eu acredito que vão trazer um impacto positivo em quem me segue. Já não posto nada tão pessoal como antes. Nossa privacidade é tudo!

Então o que fazer?

Aqui vai uma dica: Pare de se comparar, de se cobrar! Se olhe no espelho e se aceite como é. Se ame! Você é única, não existe ninguém capaz de te substituir e isso é o que realmente importa.

A quantidade de curtidas que você recebe em uma foto não significa nada se não tem amigos de verdade. Talvez a mudança que você tanto procura na vida começa com esse primeiro passo de libertação e aceitação de quem você realmente é.

Instagram pode ser legal se você não se deixa levar. Então preste atenção em quem você escolhe seguir. Existem páginas de notícias, moda, culinária. Faça as escolhas certas e administre bem seu tempo. Hoje eu não passo mais de 1 hora por dia no aplicativo.

Não perca seu tempo desejando ter aquilo que você não tem! Ao invés disso, pegue um livro para ler, veja um filme, escreva, crie e sorria. Porque a vida é muito curta para deixar passar olhando a tela de um celular .
