Aproveite seu tempo livre para se inscrever em atividades que você sempre quis participar, isso pode significar aprender um novo idioma, um instrumento musical, fazer aulas de dança e teatro, etc.

Além de te tirar da rotina, participar de atividades diferentes pode melhorar sua autoestima, já que completar tarefas com sucesso é uma realização pessoal muito grande.

3. Faça a própria comida
