Segundo os gurus do movimento, é possível ter notas melhores, desfrutar melhor as nossas refeições, e principalmente, se desconectar do mundo por alguns minutos e com isso diminuir o stress e recarregar as nossas baterias.

Na real, não é um App de Mindfulness, mas ele pega pesado em técnicas de respiração. Ele foi pensado para ajudar a diminuir o stress e a ansiedade, exatamente com exercícios de respiração, e a ideia principal dele é te ajudar a passar por situações complicadas do dia a dia sem perder a calma, ajudando a mandar embora emoções negativas e melhorando o seu bem estar. O ponto negativo dele é que o App é todo em inglês (olha que hora bacana pra praticar uma outra língua), mas segundo a galera que desenvolveu ele (e eu concordo), ele é bem intuitivo e a gente saca rápido como ele funciona.

Como o nome diz, a grande sacada deste App é ajudar a ter uma sessão de meditação que dure 5 minutos. E como isso faz diferença. Desenvolvido por uma ONG chamada “Mãos sem fronteiras”, embora ele não tenha um monte de funções, ele é bem jeitosinho e cumpre bem a função de ajudar a gente a desligar nesses minutinhos.
