Oi gente! Tudo bem com vocês? Espero que sim!

No post de hoje eu vou contar pra vocês como é a minha rotina de exercícios físicos e a importância deles!

Eu sempre gostei de fazer qualquer tipo de atividade física, mas nunca tive uma rotina de fazer todos os dias ou algo assim.

Eu fico animada em fazer exercícios e acho que isso super me ajuda, tanto que quando eu cheguei aqui eu fazia uma corrida todas as noites.

Aqui recebemos um direcionamento de exercícios para fazer toda a manhã. No começo foi difícil, tinha vezes que eu pensava que não ia conseguir terminar o exercício, mas eu ia até o final e o melhor é a sensação de quando você termina algo que parecia impossível. 

Por do sol com exercícios!

Isso não é somente sobre os exercícios em si, mas também me ajudou no sentido de que agora, mesmo que eu ache algo impossível ou que não vou conseguir terminar, eu me esforço ao máximo, até o meu limite. E depois que consigo eu penso: “É, não foi tão difícil assim.” E quem não gosta de um desafio? Haha 

Depois de um tempo seguindo esse cronograma de exercícios, eu consegui ver a diferença.

Disposição!

Não é novidade pra ninguém né? Gente, é sério! Eu fiquei com muito mais disposta para fazer as coisas depois dessa rotina de workout (exercício, treino) – já vamos treinando o inglês haha – e eu já não me canso tão fácil quando tenho que ficar muito tempo em pé, subindo escadas etc.

E para quem é modelo, é muito importante pois você fica com mais resistência e passar mais de 10 horas fotografando não vai ser nada tão exaustivo.

Rotina matinal de exercícios físicos na China

Manter a forma? Perder medidas? Ganhar massa?

Também não é novidade para ninguém que se você quer atingir alguns desses objetivos citados, ter uma rotina de exercícios é preciso.

Mas não só isso, outros fatores como a alimentação também contam. E também é preciso de uma orientação de um nutricionista e de um personal trainer.

Disciplina!

Não adianta! Pra ter uma rotina de exercícios tem que ter disciplina, porque ficar procrastinando as atividades não é bom e só nos prejudica, em todos os sentidos.

É algo difícil no começo, ainda mais para quem não é acostumado a fazer atividades físicas, mas depois quando você começa a ver os resultados, vale a pena.

Os pontos principais pra mim são esses, e eu realmente estou vendo a diferença em mim nesses pontos.

E essa rotina também faz muito bem para a minha mente, me traz equilíbrio. 

Então é isso gente! Espero que vocês tenham gostado, eu realmente gostei de escrever sobre isso.
