Modelo que se preze, já sofreu bullying na escola, afinal, pernas longas e magras nunca foram consideradas atrativas por nenhum adolescente. 

Você que está sentada na sua casa lendo essa matéria, ficaria impressionada com o número de modelos com baixa auto estima, afinal, quem aguenta essa cobrança à perfeição inatingível quase todos os dias?

Eu mesma, sobrevivi pra contar sobre os dias em que acordei me sentindo a mulher mais linda do planeta, saí para fazer castings com a confiança de que qualquer trabalho que me atravessasse o caminho seria meu, e terminei com a auto estima derretida no chão, depois de chegar e sentar justo ao lado de ninguém menos que umas das Misses Venezuela.

E se nós, mulheres, já somos diariamente bombardeas pela mídia dizendo que devemos nos encaixar em um padrão, imagina pra quem deveria SER esse padrão?

O problema é que o padrão não existe, e por isso que eu venho aqui te dizer: Pare!

Porquê nem mesmo as garotas da revista, se parecem as garotas das revistas. 

É claro que existem mulheres com corpos perfeitos e rostos fenomenais que todo mundo jura ser a oitava maravilha do mundo, mas o que é perfeito? Quem definiu o que é fenomenal? 

Na Turquia e no México por exemplo, o padrão de beleza são as mulheres com curvas fartas, já as francesas sonham com corpos esquálidos, e quem ousa a dizer a qualquer uma das duas que elas não têm razão? 

Coloque seu biquini, dance, sorria mulher.

Perfeito mesmo é ser feliz com quem se é, e fenomenal é se amar e se achar linda independente de suas medidas. Vá pra academia ou corta a gordura da sua picanha porquê faz bem pro coração, mas chega de permitir que outro alguém diga como devemos ser. 

Se ame e acima de tudo permita-se. Não respeite os padrões, respeite a si mesma.

Não importa o quanto você se esforce, para eles nunca será suficiente.

Não importa o quanto você emagreça, sempre haverá outra mais bonita que você (e que ela também), porquê a beleza é subjetiva e o que te exigem não existe.

Então viva, e grite pro mundo, que bonito mesmo, é o tamanho do seu sorriso tudo o que você tem para contar.
