Nellie ficou sabendo da Rio Model através de sua amiga top model, Matilda Sevova, que foi a primeira colega de quarto de Sandra Passos na China, quando ambas iniciavam a carreira de modelo há 13 anos.

Quando soube do conceito da agência, imediatamente se interessou em fazer parte do time.

Mas que conceito é esse?

Além de modelos fashion e comerciais, a Rio Model também agencia modelos curvy e plus size!

E mais, é a única agência fazendo isso atualmente na China.

Nellie se sentiu acolhida pela Rio Model logo que teve o contato com a CEO da agência, Sandra Passos. Ela finalmente encontrou uma agência capaz de valorizar seu biotipo físico curvy.

A primeira etapa do processo de agenciamento é o treinamento com a própria Fundadora e Coach Sandra Passos.

O treinamento é nada menos que “AWESOME”, segundo a americana.

“Sandra demonstra muita paixão pelo que faz e isso é muito inspirador para mim como uma modelo iniciante”.

Nellie aprendeu diversas maneiras de posar, construir expressões faciais e posturas adequadas para cada tipo de roupa / ocasião.

“Eu aprendi como eu devo me portar e o que não fazer durante o trabalho”

Essas regras são de extrema importância, pois cada modelo representa toda a agência quando está trabalhando.

Então a postura dela diante dos trabalhos, clientes, equipe, é essencial para mantermos um conceito alto da Rio Model.

Afinal, nossa meta é que os clientes nos vejam como uma referência no segmento.

Quando questionada a respeito da dificuldade do treinamento, Nellie pensou um momento e respondeu: “Eu diria que desafiador é a palavra que melhor descreve o treinamento!”

Segundo Nellie, se todas as modelos tivessem a oportunidade de serem treinadas pela Sandra, elas se sentiriam mais confiantes e profissionais quando fossem realizar seus primeiros trabalhos.

Pois essa é a maior dificuldade do início, se portar de maneira leve nos ensaios, porém com a dose certa de atitude!

Atualmente, Nellie não consegue se imaginar indo a um ensaio sem ter ouvido as dicas da Coach antes!

Desenvolvimento através de test-shootings

Test shootings são uma parceria entre o fotógrafo e a modelo.

Ou seja, nenhum dos lados ganha dinheiro, mas ganham portfólio, experiência e confiança.

Através desses ensaios não pagos, a modelo descobre suas melhores poses e expressões faciais, além de receber as fotos para seu portfólio pessoal.

Test Shooting com duo Sérvio, Pedja e Denis

Pedja e Denis são uma dupla de fotógrafos originalmente da Sérvia. Atualmente eles vivem entre a Europa e a Asia.

Através de uma parceria com a Rio Model, essa dupla incrível já fotografou Carol, Laís, e agora Nellie.

Ambos têm trabalhado na indústria Fashion por alguns anos, onde descobriram o próprio talento na fotografia. Ambos começaram seus trabalhos individualmente, mas depois de se conhecerem, descobriram que seus estilos e ideias eram muito parecidos, então eles decidiram trabalhar juntos, ajudando um ao outro a obter seus melhores resultados.

O ideal da dupla é mudar o mundo da moda. O estilo deles é único, forte e pontual. Não apenas visual, mas emocional. Cada foto tem uma história e a maior parte do tempo eles dedicam ao preparo do ensaio e o gerenciamento de detalhes como vestuário e maquiagem, partes importantes no resultado final.
