Para muitas pessoas, deitar na cama e conseguir dormir é um grande desafio.

Quando sua cabeça está mergulhada com pensamentos, idéias, tensões e listas de afazeres mentais, pode ser difícil desligar e relaxar. E nessa hora, você começa a se preocupar com o fato de que não consegue dormir e logo tem que acordar – isso só aumenta o problema.

Quando dormimos, muitas reações químicas acontecem, o nosso corpo se prepara para o próximo dia, se regenera, descansa.

O recomendado é dormir no mínimo 7h, mas o ideal são 8h. Sim, você passa 1/3 do seu dia dormindo e isso é completamente normal!

Crie uma rotina relaxante antes de dormir.

Rituais pré-cama que te deixem relaxado são essenciais para você pegar no sono com facilidade. Chegar em casa tarde, após a correria do dia, comer e deitar na cama achando que vai dormir rapidamente pois você está super cansado, é um grande erro.

Seu corpo e sua mente necessitam de uma oportunidade de desestressar e relaxar lentamente, então considere as seguinte dicas para antes de dormir:

  • Escutar música: música é medicina, há estudos provando que a música tem o poder de afetar sua frequência cardíaca, atividade cerebral e padrões de sono. Antes de dormir, escute algo leve e calmo, nada de ouvir música de balada, se não você vai entrar em um ritmo de festa!
  • Desligue o celular 1h antes de dormir: estamos acostumados a checar as últimas mensagens, emails e fotos do instagram antes de dormir, mas isso é extremamente nocivo a nossa qualidade de sono! O uso do celular antes de dormir torna o sono agitado, nos deixa muito ligados e muitas vezes preocupados. Desligar o celular 1h antes de dormir é algo que vai mudar a sua vida, acredite!
  • Tome um banho relaxante: Um banho morno ajuda o corpo a atingir uma temperatura ideal para descanso, além de ser uma atividade relaxante em si. Use seus sabonetes, óleos e cremes preferidos. Foque nesse momento como um cuidado consigo próprio, esqueça o que ao redor e reflita sobre o seu dia 🙂
  • Leia um livro: se pra você é difícil deitar na cama e pegar no sono, mantenha um bom livro de cabeceira. A leitura antes de dormir acalma e relaxa!
  • Corte a cafeína: evite tomar bebidas com cafeína depois das 17h. Isso inclui muitos chás, não apenas café! Tome cuidado com o que você está bebendo a noite, esta pode ser a causa de sua insônia.
  • Pratique Yoga ou meditação: 10 minutos de yoga podem ser o suficiente para desligar seu corpo e conectá-lo com a hora de dormir. Meditar é uma prática muito eficiente para desligar seus pensamentos do dia e focar no sono. Nessa hora você pode fazer uma retrospectiva do seu dia, conversar com seu eu interior e planejar o dia seguinte, com calma, até que o sono venha levemente.
