Para quem ainda não sabe, a Rio Model lançou um projeto chamado Rio School.

A Rio School é uma escola de modelos que se inicia no Brasil, com a seleção de new faces e modelos brasileiras que desejam construir uma carreira profissional na China.

A Caroline Patrão, juntamente com a Laís Velame foram as pioneiras do projeto a embarcarem para a China este ano.

As dúvidas primordiais

  • Como alavancar a carreira de modelo uma vez que você é agenciada?
  • Como conseguir trabalhos?
  • Qual o papel da modelo e qual o da agência?

Primeiramente, vamos esclarecer uma coisa: Ser descoberta ou agenciada não é a única coisa que você precisa ter para fazer sucesso.

O papel da sua agência é fazer um planejamento da carreira da modelo.

O papel da modelo é acima de tudo confiar na equipe da agência e ter certeza de seu sucesso.

Para projetá-la futuramente, quais os passos devem ser percorridos? Existe uma equipe por trás da agência – os produtores, fotógrafos, diretores, clientes. Através de diversas colaborações, o sucesso vem para todos os lados.

Para Sandra, Coach das new faces, o sucesso é fruto do trabalho intenso. Foram 12 meses de planejamento até a Carol chegar na China, e aí mais 6 meses de muitos trabalhos para atingirmos o reconhecimento.

Modelo boa não é aquela que está sempre trabalhando, mas sim aquele que o cliente nunca quer largar – Sandra

Trabalhar com os mesmos clientes é um feedback maravilhoso, pois isso significa que a modelo esta alcançando as necessidades do cliente.

Modelo boa é aquela que vende o produto, então se o cliente vende bem, ele não vai querer arriscar trocando a modelo, pois quem vende o produto é a modelo.
